I was measured a few years ago in an independent store. 30dd. Perfect. Recently I've put on nearly a stone in weight and my bras are KILLING me. I've a 30e bra and its no better. I've a 32d bra and although it's more comfortable the straps fall down/ I can pull it away from my chest so I don't think that's right either. Going by previous threads, my measurements are 29-30 under bust and 36 when boobs are hanging down. I can't go get measured properly for a few weeks but I'll buy online if I know what sizes to get. Thanks, appreciate it!

What's up with the 30E? How do the cups fit? Measurements suggest 30E is about right, could be the bra style?

Maybe try going up a cup size on the 30?

Are you scooping?

The cups are a bit big but the band is too tight. It could be the style as I only have one bra in that size.

Yes scooping like a mad thing. It's the band on my ribs it digs in. By the end of the day I feel I xant breathe and wonder how I got it on at all that morning!

Maybe you do need the 32, but use the middle clasps.
They are there to compensate for the 2 inch difference between sizes.
If you don't have a fat layer then it may well dig in your ribs.
My size should be 28 but I find 30s more comfortable. I have a 28 I use but it's a strapless version, with detachable straps, and the band is wider, so it doesn't dig much.
Still, I prefer the 30.

If you put the bra on backwards how does the band feel? It could be the cups affecting it so you need to get the band right first.

I'll try it with the band on backwards and report back Smile

Still a bit tight. So up to a 32 then? D?

I'd try DD at least, and both sizes up and down: D and E.

Ok great I'll order a few different sizes to try. Thanks for the advice!
