daniel field watercolours - volume of water needed to mix?

Hi does anyone know how much water to add to the powder. I did not think I needed the plastic bottle they sell for mixing as I already have one, but its got a fill line on apparently.
It is Saturday and the phone line is closed, grey roots calling.
