Wasn't happy at the time but looking back it was hilarious - Body Shop natural henna hair dye that smelt like cow shit. Even when it rained on you... On your first date....

Bristows hair spray - ooooh that smell coupled with the ability to glue your hair in the most marvellous quiff. Found it once not so long ago and it didn't destroy the ozone layer smell the same.

Ha ha ha - aw heather shimmer- gave you that almost dead blue/brown lip shade- did you ever use Rimmel earth star with body shop beech liner - it was the look to die fir round our way

Twilight Teazer eyeshadow to wear alongside the Heather Shimmer lippy. Mmmmm. Twas pretty bad with the single blue line of eyeliner!

Someone on my Facebook page mentioned Tribe perfume the other day I could smell it instantly. All the cheap soaps apple, melon etc from Body Shop. Pocket money bath bits also from Body Shop.

Huge cans of hair mousse and hair spray from super drug. 99p each and left hair as crispy as hell.

Also wash in wash out coloured hair mousse that didn't wash out.

Crispy hair ha ha - I was a tribe girl, I used to drown myself in the stuff, there were two perfume camps in our school 'tribe' for the cool kids (me once ha) and exclamation ❗ -make a statement without saying a word (worn by the slags) ha. Then we all United over Charlie red xx

Ahhhhhh Bristows hairspray, the quiff was strong!

My faves were Rimmel powder, that left your face powdery dry, just to compliment the line where you only put it on your face.

I had dewberry oil too, my leather strap on my watch smelled of it!

I also had wild musk perfume by Coty. I thought I was proper grown up!

Impulse O2 body spray. I've never found such a light smelling body spray. I loved it.

Constance Carroll lip gloss- yum I can smell it now, and that lipstick setting thing, my mum used to go on about block mascara after Mary quant was discontinued, she believed there was nothing better than a bit of spit for that 'dramatic' look
