Does anyone have it?
Is it really short and revealing?
Really like it but it looks quite short. That really puts me off. Just wondered what it was like in real life?

MsBojangles Sat 02-Jan-16 13:15:05

The models are probably about 5'9 so it will look longer on you if you're a bit less leggy.

It's a lovely skirt btw.

Greengardenpixie Sat 02-Jan-16 13:25:31

It is lovely but it is pricey. I had a flyer and dont think its going to be in the sale? The thing is, i am a 12 atm but in the process of losing weight. I have already lost a stone. I am in two minds what size to buy really. I would like it longer. Usually i size up to do this. I would ordinarily buy the 14 so it hangs on the hips but fear that would be a waste of money as it would then be really big [ after i lose it# . A 12 would have more longevity but would be way too short on me atm i fear esp with the bit at the front and the fact that i am way too old to be contemplating this skirt.

this one?

Order both sizes and return

MsBojangles Sat 02-Jan-16 14:46:09

Hush sizes are usually on the generous side, I reckon a 12 would probably do the job.

I do hate the way they fanny about with their sales and pre sales malarky, it strikes me as an underhand way to induce panic buying. Bastards.

Greengardenpixie Sat 02-Jan-16 15:04:41

herecomesthesun - kind of too long and flappy for me. I really love the Jigsaw black leather A-line. May just get that when i get paid.
Agree about the pre-sale malarky. I have hung out this long so maybe just take my chances. Think the sale starts one minute after midnight on tomorrow. Really a pain. The little flyer i had through didn't list is on the sale leaflet so it left me wondering. Thanks for everyones opinion. Probably hang on and if it sells out have the jigsaw one [more of a decent length tbh and a lovely flattering A-line shape]
Onlyhereforthecamping - it seems a bit too much to spend and then wait to be credited back tbh.
Thanks everyone smile

I love it, also not sure if the flyer has all sale items in it. Could order at 20% off and return if more in sale?

Greengardenpixie Sat 02-Jan-16 21:03:18

Oh do you have it? Is it really short? and sorry for asking a million questions but did you go for your usual size? Thanks!!!

Greengardenpixie Sat 02-Jan-16 21:06:01

Is it a fixed wrap or does it open up when you sit down? I could order it to see. You are tempting me!!!!!!! I'm just stuck with the size issue tbh. Im a bit afraid that i buy a 12 and its tight and short. Then again, i am losing weight so would be silly to size up..oh god decisions decisions!!!! confused

CuffsAndCollar Sat 02-Jan-16 21:06:02

Sorry, I don't have it, but I did see it at the pop up shop and it looked lovely.

Greengardenpixie Sat 02-Jan-16 21:09:27

It does look lovely!!! It looks soft. If it were a few inches longer i would hae snapped it up!

I'm trying to remember but think it's fixed at the top but the wrap but is open if that makes sense? I would go for 12 on basis that Hush is usually generous, you're trying to lose weight, plus, investment buy!

mrslebon Sat 02-Jan-16 22:54:33

How funny - I've literally just ordered the size 10! Hope it isn't too big although I'm preggers at the moment so it will have to wait until I'm back to normal anyway. I saw it on the Frugality lady and loved it on her.

mrslebon Sat 02-Jan-16 22:56:47

Free premium delivery and a bar of choc if you use my referral link to order btw smile.

Sorry, cant use the code as i have ordered from hush before.
I have ordered the 12 so we will see how we get on.
Saw the lady on frugality and it is much longer on her. It does look lovelysmile
Will keep it if it is too short or tight as an incentive to aid my weight loss. No point in buying a size up when i have slimmed to my idea weight, i will have the size up. Damn you Mrslebon. I had forgotten about this thread!!!

Judydreamsofhorses Sun 03-Jan-16 01:15:40

I just tried to use the code too, I didn't realise it was only for first time customers. :-( I flatly refuse to pay for delivery so Hush will not be getting my order.

Greengardenpixie Sun 03-Jan-16 08:10:47

I didnt pay for delivery as I was spending over a certain amount?
Went on the Hush website this morning and the skirt is now sold out in a 12!

mrslebon Mon 04-Jan-16 16:27:40

While I remember, the Hush sale starts at one minute past midnight tonight and there is a free delivery code for the first day which is 5JANSALE.

MsBojangles Mon 04-Jan-16 18:01:29

Thanks for the code mrslebon, I've got my eye on a couple of jumpers so it'll come in very handy.

BrendaandEddie Mon 04-Jan-16 18:03:43

referral codes that give YOU money are not allowed on mn

slondonmum Mon 04-Jan-16 20:50:57

Thanks all just wondering are sale returns free with Hush?

LittleG69 Mon 04-Jan-16 21:27:25

slondonmum no you have to pay for returns in the sale. I'm surprised there's a free delivery code to be honest!
