I have just bought .... this dress

as for the past 4 breast-feeding centred years I've lived in jeans and tops purchased for their accessibility.

So now I have this dress, I have no idea what to wear it with to make me look like a groomed grown up again! Can someone please help me?!

Back tights/leggings and either boots or flat shoes would be nice.
A chunky silver statement neckace would also be nice.
Silver or black bag.
Coral, or silver nail varnish.
