My New Years resolution -well one amongst many - is to try and sort out my skin and I thought regular facials might help. I'm mid-40's, combination skin, lots of sebaceous filaments, a few wrinkles and redness. Anyone have any ideas what sort of facials I should be looking at? I'm thinking once a month or so?

I like the Dermalogica Hydradermie one, is about £50.

Second Dermalogica. I would go for the prescription one, which is tailored to your skin.
