I bought a lovely cardigan in WS end of October and washed it for the first time today according to care label and it has shrunk so bad it wouldn't even fit my 8 year old.
I don't have the receipt but bought it I store. What are the chances of them replacing it. I love it and desperately want another. I have never ordered from WS before so have no idea how good they are.
