I'm out tonight with school mum mates. It's our big Xmas night and we're going to town so have agreed to go full glam.

I'm wearing this lace top with a black shoestring cami top underneath.

(P)leather mini. Opaques. Black heeled ankle boots.

Hair will be piled messily in a bun. Makeup will be full on smokey eye and a nude pink lippy.

Perfume will be Frédéric Malle Musc Ravageur.

Nails will be Maybelline Noite de Gal, a fab dark purple.

Overall I'm aiming for a goth victoriana kinda look.

Anyone else out tonight?

Greengardenpixie Fri 11-Dec-15 16:53:01

Sadly no.
Think you will look great smile
I have had to cancel my xmas night out as it clashes with my dh! No baby sitters so have decided not to go. Not that bothered but he wanted to see a lot of his old friends. i did buy a lovely dress. Never mind. Will save it for another time!
Have a lovely time!

I'm out on a works night, going for a very similar outfit to you OP:
ZARA black lace top
M&S pleather asymmetric skirt
M&S opaque tights
CLARKS metallic heels

Hair will be in usual bob with fringe pushed to side.

Love a Chrismas night out!

Ah that's a shame pixie. Where's the dress from? It's always nice to have a new one in reserve smile

Crayon love the sound of the outfit especially the top.

Thanks! I'm growing out a pixie cut so I might try some sort of plait thing.

Black midi skirt, oxblood silk shirt, heels from Sargossa, camel hair coat, diamond earrings and givenchy bag. Drinks and canapés at husbands work. Getting ready!

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie Fri 11-Dec-15 18:02:24

Fox - oxblood silk sounds gorgeous.

Just going out for Christmas lunch tomorrow, to celebrate d1 getting home from uni. Will probably wear jeans and a cashmere jumper with a 'nice' necklace.

BlueBananas Fri 11-Dec-15 18:06:14

I'm going out tomorrow
I'm wearing this dress, with shoes the same shape that the model is wearing but in black and a black clutch
Not sure about hair and make up yet, I might do a burgundy lip and just loose curls

BlueBananas Fri 11-Dec-15 18:07:08

Oh it helps if I attach the picture doesn't it blush

PennyPants Fri 11-Dec-15 19:27:19

Tomorrow going to see a band- black long sleeved blouse, black skinny jeans, black leather biker jacket and high heeled ankle boots.
Sunday out for a meal- black midi skirt, silver silk blouse, jacket as before, boots.
Smoky eyes, nude lips, pink nail varnish just doing.
Hair - blonde, bra length worn down straight probably or slightly wavy.

HappyGirlNow Fri 11-Dec-15 20:01:32

Love that top dior'

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie Fri 11-Dec-15 20:43:43

Penny - your Saturday outfit is EXACTLY what I wore to go and see a band last weekend!

Lambbone Fri 11-Dec-15 20:56:57

DH and I are going out to a deeply weird event. We don't even know where we are going. We get a text at 4pm.

It seems to be a poncetastic cross between a restaurant and a performance art event. I am looking forward to it very much.

There us a dress code- you have to wear one of the specified colours. I'm going head to toe in yellow. I'll look like Big Bird (at size 18 I am quite a big bird).

So, army boots, yellow leggings, yellow tunic, yellow beret, and gigantic yellow coat, which I had anyway.

Should turn heads, one way or another.

PennyPants Fri 11-Dec-15 20:58:00

Bet you looked good on the dancefloor Remus fsmile
