Would a clothes swapping thread work on here? Has anyone ever tried it?

Iwanttobeflop Fri 11-Dec-15 09:30:43

Never tried it but I think it's a great idea. I'd be up for it

Great idea. Does it include shoes?

Great idea, could we do bags and shoes as well?

I have some lovely heeled suede black boots which I just don't wear, ive only worn them once or twice they are really lovely.
I would like either jumpers or dresses for work. I'm a 16

Boots are size 7 with about 3.5 inch heels

Great! Yes bags and shoes too. I have loads of stuff, will post when I've sorted through it tomorrow!

Guess we should post photos of stuff we want to swap? I'm a bit of a compulsive shoe buyer ( size 6) and I have loads I've hardly worn!

I'd be interested in this. I have a lovely size 14/16 chocolate brown trench coat from the French shop Camieu. Brand new, new worn.

I'm a 14 and short on tops and knitwear. Fussy psoriasis only like natural fibres though!

We tried it a few years ago, with links to Pin! I still have some gems, a snakeskin leather pencil dress was probably the best one.

Duh, skirt not dress. Anyway, good luck!

I have some Stella McCartney shoes size 5 , they are about 10 years old but in really good nic, will post a pic tomorrow when I've sorted through somethings

So in terms of the 'rules' of this thread I'm assuming it can't be a straight swap, more about building up credits? ( there may be another way of doing it, maybe if some of you have done it before, you can say what worked?)

Also, what if something doesn't fit?
