Help sourcing french navy trousers please!

Am desperately looking for (and running out of time) some trousers that will go with a french navy belted kimono type top to wear to a party.

If I were slimmer I may get away with wearing this as a dress as I am short and the top is long but I hate my legs, my bum is huge and I would feel very exposed just wearing tights with it so am looking for dressy leggings (if such a thing exist) or trousers (not formal) that taper to go with it. In a french navy colour, eg not dark but not royal blue, available on high street if possible.

shoe suggestions welcome too. Or should I just rethink my whole outfit? help!...thanks.
