Has anyone ordered from Jo Malone online? Do they package it up nicely in the boxes and bag like they do when you buy from the shop?

Beautifully packaged in box with tissue paper, them more tissue paper and an outer box. Don't think there was a bag though. Often when you order online you can choose free samples, which is a bonus.

Hmmm. I was hugely disappointed with their online service. I ordered a room scenter, it came in the lovely box, but not in a gift bag and with none of the black tissue. So basically to give this as a gift I had to buy my own gift bag! I emailed my disappointment and was very disappointed with the rep sad. Basically they said I would have been better buying from John Lewis or similar as they don't provide gift bags! They just kept churning out the same repetitive email responses without actually reading my comments.
you would expect to get the best service from their own website. I will never ever order from the again. Part of the experience was the whole presentation of the gift.

I recently received a gift from a friend, bought directly from Jo Malone. Beautifully packaged and there was also a bag included. HTH

I ordered loads from them for Christmas, and I was given the option of requesting gift bags at checkout. I didn't get any tissue paper though. Or a free sample! However I complained about that and they sent me one. I ordered 3 things and got 3 gift bags, which was handy!
