Help! Urgent spot help!

Ok ok not really an emergency in the grand scale of things but....

I had a deep painful spot on my cheek, right in at the side of my nose. One of those really sore, throw by ones you can barely see. Anyway ignoring all the advice I give my teenager daughter I tried to squeeze it out as I have a big dinner dance tomorrow night. Well it wasn't ready so only a clear liquid came out that then formed a horrible crust on the top. In desperation I peeled this crust off tonight and it just bled loads! I have ,a aged to stop that by holding an ice cube on it but it isn't looking great and sort of has rough skin edges that are going to show under makeup! Any ideas what I can do to make it heal as well as possible overnight? Please don't tell me off I feel stupid enough as it is and my teenage daughter is being very smug!!!

Toothpaste - but only if it is white, it doesn't work if it's blue gel. The toothpaste dries out the spot, can't guarantee it will disappear by tomorrow, but it should have faded a lot.

If you are at home tomorrow, treat it again during the day when no one will see you, and leave it for as long as possible.

Toothpaste or Sudo cream, both are quite effective

It's not really a spot anymore more like red raw skin with a dry crust! Would some kind of oil help?

I think you want to dry it out rather than an oil?
