Blouse/shirt for interview for corporate law firm

Interview next week for fairly corporate but medium sized law firm as a legal secretary/PA... I have a nice grey skirt suit and have been told to go be the employment agency to go suited and booted as its their first contact with this company they want me to be an ambassador so dress and jacket sadly out...

I have a nice green printed (birds print) Oasis blouse or a pastel warehouse zip up blouse (very smart) which would you wear? I also have 2 shirts which are your normal TM Lewin/Karen Millen button ones but I don't really like them... Been told not to wear anything loud, to wear muted colours, no red lipstick so I'm thinking pastel?

Opinions? Which one please? Thanks.

I would definitely do the pastel one. Good luck

I'd wear one of the 'normal' ones. Definitely not the zip. The patterned one might be OK if it's very muted.

The agency would not be giving you a warning like this unless they're fairly sure it's a trad apparel workplace, and it's always best to dress for an interview at the slightly conservative end of what someone who already has the job wears. (You can broaden their horizons once you're in and they know your worth).

Lipstick: What's your skin tone like? Generall I'd go for the sort of neutral beigish-pink that's a bit darker than your natural lip colour.

Conservatively dressed is your best bet!

BTW That's 'not the zip', because of the zip. A pastel shirt with buttons, or a pastel shell would be fine.

TM Lewin and a neutral lipstick. No statement necklaces and plain court shoes.

Ok then I'll do the TM Lewin or Karen Millen and neutral lips. I've got nude, pink (very muted) and your lips but better shades.

Thanks!
