Mineral make-up question

I saw a youtube video on FB where a woman put some mineral make-up (like a powder, with a brush) on one half of her face, and some Clarins stuff on the other, and I have to say her dark circles were much less visible on the mineral side.

So, what product could it have been (can't find the video any more)? And has anyone used mineral make-up that they would recommend? I have dark circles, sun pigmentation and occasional spots, so need moderate coverage but equally don't like anything heavy.

Or if you can recommend any other product that would be great. I just find the idea of something so easy to apply quite appealing. I currently use foundation then powder but it can make my skin look quite dull.

Thanks

I rarely wear makeup any more apart from special occasions but when I do I use mineral makeup these days. For me I like the way you can just use more of it where you need (sides of nose, dark circles) and be very sparing everywhere else but it just looks blended and very natural, no tidemark or caking like you might get with liquid foundation. Or build it up to more coverage easily.
Also good if you have sensitive skin.
I buy from ebay, a brand called pure magic minerals, I think. She has a wide range of colours and you can get very cheap samples.

I wasn't keen on bare essentials mineral makeup - it has a sheen that makes you look like the tin man!

I quite like Bare Minerals Matte, it doesn't have the shiny finish and looks very natural.

I use Lily lolo and yes I think it nelnds really easily and gives good coverage but feels very light. They don't stock in many places but online you can order lots of cheap colour samples to get the right match.
