Dress for a wedding on a serious budget.

Hi,
I have been invited to a wedding at very short notice, in about 6 weeks time.
I need something to wear, I am 32, size 12 -14, 5'5", 30H bra little waist big hips.
I can't walk in heels so need something that looks good with flats, I don't have a clue what styles I like because I only wear jeans,vests and shirts. Oh yeah and I have to get stuff for the lids too so only have £30 absolute top budget for me.
Can anyone suggest anything?
