Best straighteners

Am wondering whether it is worth getting a pair for in work, can you advise please?

(I get my hair straightened at the hairdresser regularly, am nervous about doing at home in case 3 year old wants to copy mummy and hurts herself_ am thinking i might be able to straighten occasionally while doing emails)
