Does anyone have any idea as to where it might be from? It was a leopard print sequinned mini skirt...quite fancy it for Christmas Day.

Also like her jumper so any ideas on that too? Is it Markus Lupfer?

The jumper is Markus Lupfer, she wears a lot of his designs. Most of the black with sequins picture ones are him., especially any lip ones.

Thanks Louloubelle2 I thought it was Markus Lupfer. I love it but they're a bit too pricey for me- I need a high street equivalent! Hence the ordering of a topshop skirt!

I like this! Is it the metallic one that's £36.00? I can't see a sequinned one though?

I saw a sequinned mini in M&S today in Manchester....

Mighty I thought it looked sequinned but it actually isn't. It's on Topshop website for £36 and they do it in petite, regular and tall. Hoping I like it as much when it arrives!

Just need a cheaper version of the jumper now...

I can't find a cheaper version of the jumper online, but I'm certain they exist. Weather lady carol had a sequin lips t shirt on ITT last night which I know isn't Markus Lupfer. I would guess maybe New Look, Dorothy Perkins or TK Maxx would be good bets.

Also I remember he did a diffusion range with Top Shop at one point, you might be lucky on eBay.

Jonesy might give it a whirl, not sure if it's a bit too young for me ( I am nearly 45) , Size 10 but with hips! I had a look couldn't suss out the lengths. I am thinking fitted plain black jersey top ( just ordered from Pure Clothing this week :) ) or a fine knit black jumper.

Yep I'm planning on pairing it with a plain black top too. Ah go for it mighty you're only young once! (plus Topshop returns policy is v v easy!)

I've opted for normal length- I'm 5ft7 but will feedback once I've tried it on as I might need the longer length.

Right all reporting back- skirt has arrived and it looked better on TV and on Zoe Ball! It's quite short on me- if I kept it then I definitely need the longer length as it's on the higher side of mid thigh.

It looked a bit cheap closer up- I didn't hate it but I saw a young girl wearing out on Sat night and it put me off a bit! So it's going back and I'm flashing the cash and opting for a different one from Reiss instead. More age appropriate and expensive!!

Jonesy completely agree. I called in Monday. Very short, cheap looking, not keen on the contrasting waistband and the hem stitching was visible and crooked.

Which Reiss one did you like?

Yes mighty the stiching was what did it for me! It was so visible and crooked that it made it look really cheap. So disappointed as it was a bargain!

I like either Reiss Ione or Mauritz skirts. I thought with a plain black silk top and a statement necklace and black tights and heels then that would look good. Again just need to order them now and see what they're like. Much more expensive than the topshop one but I'm prepared to throw money at this now as going to make it cover lots of occasions- Christmas work party, friends 40th bday party etc.

Yes very nice! If you get your money's worth then it's an investment! That's why I always tell myself.

Me too! Do let me know if you find any cheaper alternatives as £120 for a skirt is expensive for me!!

There's a cotton animal one in oasis which I might get but it's more casual. I wouldn't spend 120 on a skirt. I tend to do high end high street but only in the sales unless it's something spectacular. Having said that I'm wearing Lk Bennett stuff bought 4 years ago in sales and it's still in great nick so worth the spend. Keep you posted.
