Philosophy fans - only 1 hour left to get this Christmas deal

£43.98 payable in 3 x £14.66 instalments plus £5.95 p&p for 5 Pure or Amazing Grace items packed in a sparkly black glitter bag:
//www.qvcuk.com/Philosophy-5-Piece-In-Love-with-Grace-Collection-with-Vanity-Case.product.208800.html?sc=TSV&UDC=TSV&MSG=TSV_OTO_INSTOCK The 120ml spray alone sells for more than the entire collection.

Whether you're a convert, or have never tried Philosophy, this set is a layering fan's dream. The fragrance is long lasting and non-offensive - if I'm going out straight from work I whack on a few sprays of my favourite perfume and it doesn't clash with the 'fresh out of the shower' scent of the Graces.

Oh dear.

I'm not out to sell for QVC, LAD, and merely thought I may be doing some a favour by drawing attention to this deal which is one I look forward to every year as it enables me to stock up on my favourite shower products and sorts gifts for friends, colleagues, and a number of family members who love Philosophy.

I daresay that other canny mumsnetters will have already bought as it is does represent excellent value for money and the Graces are among the few perfumes that don't offend in the workplace.

Nevertheless, I shall now wait to be chastised by the Towers for my enthusiasm for this range. Blush

Oh aye, right. Do enlighten me as to what the other perfumes are that don't offend in the workplace? Oh no wait, don't.

Harsh!

Thanks for posting the link OP, I have had my eye on Philosophy for a while. I love egg nog shower gel, and wanted to try the amazing grace range.

I have used pure or amazing grace for years, but have been really depressed of late about the lack of staying power from the body lotion. A few years ago it would be enough without perfume all day. My last big bottle (and it will be the last I buy) had so little fragrance that I checked the label to work out which it was.
So for the first year ever I have not bought the TSV :(
And if anyone has a recommendation for a decent body lotion please post.

I hope you got your order in Blueprint.

Last Christmas I bought half a dozen sets that came in sturdy silver glitter bags, which have proved useful for storing all sorts of bits and pieces, and then found myself buying more on eBay after the offer expired.

I haven't tried Egg Nog shower gel, CandC. Is it very eggy or more of a warm spice fragrance? There was mention of Vaniilla Fig shower and body creams which sound delectable, but that set sold out while I was dithering over whether or not to buy it.

The Philosophy Christmas offer on QVC seems to come earlier each year and it was only by chance that I saw it. The presenter said they'd sold 21,000+ sets of which I've bought far too many and there's some consolation in knowing that I'm not in a minority. Smile

Well I'm very upset, this is nothing to do with philosophy at all, no search to solve life's biggest conundrums

Sorry to disappoint I didn't name the company Queen.

Have you considered subscribing to //www.londonschoolofphilosophy.org/ which concerns itself with considerably more than suds? Smile

I love Philosophy products and QVC (no I don't work for them either ) have some really good deals (eg their Hope in a Jar Renewed + the HiaJ Renewed Eyecream for the price of the face cream)

But their P&P costs are ££.

Years ago I bought a TSV in Pure Grace. It did smell clean and fresh. Like I'd used washing powder Confused

I'll stick to the skincare and "Novelty" scents.

They did a fruity one (Summer Grace or something) a few years ago, that was gorgeous, but they retire things so they vanish Sad
