100 days to go. Do you have your list ready?? Have you decided on your top 3 priorities? (remember you can have less or more and you can swap them around after a certain amount of time if you want)

Marking place! And top 3 priorities would be:

1. Keep up low carb for another half stone
2. Start using Philips lumea this week
3. Keep up using retinol and sunscreen to get rid of this permatan by Xmas!

Hello,

I've been progressing really well, gym everyday, eating clean most of the time, vitamins. My skin has really improved and feeling good although tired. I'm waiting to have more energy but that's not kicked in yet...
Keeping to my capsule wardrobe, beauty maintenance (waxing etc) all up to date).

I'm in! My priorities are:

1 - sort my diet out - adopt a cleaner way of eating
2 - stick to my "maintenance" regime - roots every 6 weeks, nails every fortnight (I have followed my skincare routine religiously for a while)
3 - be more active - do SOMETHING active at least 3 times per week, most likely to be running

Just a quick explanatory post about the 3 priorities as this is something new.

The general idea is to have a list of things you want to work on until Christmas (and hopefully afterwards). In general people have about 10 items on their list (list ideas can be found on the prep thread linked above).

Say for example I have 10 items on my list, exercise, drink more water, no Coke, floss, vitamin, wash face every night, do nails, hair removal etc.

For the first 3 weeks (because apparently it takes 21 days to form a habit) no matter what else goes wrong or how well everything goes the 3 things I NEED to do are floss, vitamin & wash face.

If you only want 3 items on your list, that's fine too but please don't feel restricted to 3. Or in 3 weeks pick another 3.

Okay - the 3 for now.

1: wear the clothes I love and buy then they hang in the wardrobe while I just drag out the Same old same Old. Would I want to wake up in A&E wearing those knickers or THAT bra. No I flipping well wouldn't. Answer- throw them out. Buy new underwear.

2: make time to have a bath and all the pampering things like a scrub and lotion. Sunday night will be The Night.

3: weight loss. A work in progress. I'm not putting a figure on it but I'd like to be under 10stone by Christmas. (I'm 11 stone now). I;ve lost 6lb snce end June, so it's painfully slow. Is it do-able? Not sure.

These are Habit Forming Princesses.
I will add to them over the weeks.

me i'm in. i can cope with items.
1) nail extensions done and infilled fortnightly
2) ditch the glasses and start wearing contact lenses again!
3) make-up daily before the school run!

1) Follow 5:2 diet until Christmas. (Got 2 stones to lose, so should get half way there.
2) Facial excercises
3) Keep finger and toe nails manicured

I've had time to think now! My 3 are:

1) eat better / clean and drink more water
2) do some (any!!) exercise, 3 times a week.
3) bedtime skin care routine

Me please! I was lurking on the prep thread. Need to think about a whole list, but off the top of my head, my priorities would be:

Eat for health - a bit general, but I know what I mean!
Plan my outfits in advance so as to look more "together"
Minimum of three wine-free nights each week

I'll have a think over the rest. Looking forward to seeing how everyone is doing

I'm in.

My top 3 will be-
1. do 5:2 (first fast today),
2. keep up with skincare routine every single day and make a good effort to stop touching my face so much
3. Exercise 5 times a week

Other things I'll work on will be drink more water, keep trying to make my feet prettier, look after my hair better and moisturise everyday including my often forgotten hands.

Off we go!

Top three:

1. Carry on cutting out rubbish food and 7 portions of fruit / veg per day(lost 4lb already)
2. Exercise classes x 3 per week
3. No more than 4 (ideally 3) caffeinated drinks per day.

Others:

Carry on with new skincare regime
Carry on with heel cream and not neglect my feet over the winter
Hand cream
More water (min 2 litres / day)
Go back to planning a whole week's outfits on Sunday night
No more late nights!
Make more time for reading

Great idea. There's something about 100 days that is very motivating but not overwhelming smile

1. Weight loss - 2 stone (more likely 1)
2. Exercise - run 3x week and wear fitbit daily
3. Grooming - keep nails short and painted; keep eyebrows neat; blowdry hair every other day.
4. Skincare - take make up off every night; use eye cream daily; use only mineral make up.
5. Continue to develop capsule wardrobe (going quite well at the minute - i've got about 20% of the amount of clothes i used to have and it is unexpectedly liberating!)

My top 3
1. Sort my diet out no snacks/processed food
2. Lots of water!
3.follow a beauty regime religiously! Weekly manicure/pedicure face mask ect as well as daily cleansing

I really need to start taking my makeup of before bed hmm

Brilliant to see so much enthusiasm & motivation on day 1! I've ticked off my top 3 for today.

Had my dentist appointment and I need one more filling. Getting it done next Tuesday so then the next priority for big one offs is a smear test. I've been putting it off for a bit so want to get it sorted now.
