Oh god..crap skin happening again...help please

My skin has been lovely since I discovered the boards on here. I have super sensitive, dermatitis prone skin and for last 18 months followed this routine
Elemis cleansing balm
Nip/fab glxolic
Vit c
Serum
Marine cream

Amazing skin finally. However, I am 10 weeks pregnant and skin gone to pot. Dry flakey patches and a bright red lump just under my eye. This lump usually gets a bit itchy but nothing gets rid or relieves it. It's not a spot. This happened in previous pregnancy and lasted all the way through - before I discovered said routine. Now I don't know what cleansers to touch or moisturiser as skin also gone incredibly dry but I put this down to stopping the cleansing balm. I stopped my routine in case the prods were causing it.

Is there anyway I can manage this? Any prod or routine recommendations cos I look like shit and need all the help I can get!
