I know it's been done a million times but I need help! My budget is 100 pounds sad all the bargains I find only have tiny sizes available, I'm a 12!

Need warm and waterproof (hockey and football mum) and also stylish if poss as only winter coat for all other outings too. Have always had cheap high street affairs that neither keep me warm or dry.... Any help ladies?? smile

I have millions of coats from the many mums net threads the one I wore all last winter was a Superdry one! It is black with huge and furry hood (need s big hood to keep rain off my glasses whilst pram pushing walking the school run 25 mins each way). It is furry type in some of the inside and 3/4 length. Doesn't claim to be waterproof but I did not once get soaked in it. Can't do links but it was £109 and honestly is gorgeous!!

If a winter parka to be waterproofed , it will not breath and you will first sweat and then get cold. So my suggestion is a parka that is warm and breathable with a waterproof coat on top that can be removed when the rain is over.

Fabrics have moved on amarmai, waterproof and breathable is readily available these days.

I got a jack wolfskin (after recommendations on here!) think it was about £50 in the sale from Amazon. Haven't tested out if it really is waterproof yet but it's very warm.

The North Face Metropolis is very cosy but not waterproof, they are cheap on amazon at the moment. The North Face Arctic Parka is warm and waterproof but costs quite a bit more.
