as IME they suit apples more, then try these - i just mis ordered and think would suit people with wider thighs and who prefer a higher waist

Why can I not find the ones OP linked to in navy?

Try this item number - 5 different colours -000112329
I got the black - fabric feels a bit twill like. Need the belt loops as they are slightly big on the waist for me but I have about 9inch between waist & hip. Love the zips to close the slanting pockets - that style of pockets always gapes on me but I love to have pockets. I used the 30% off & free delivery & when that offer reappears I will try a navy pair as well.
Thanks to the OP for the original link.

Looks as though the navy version doesn't have zipped pockets. Is that right?

I got a nice pair of cigarette pants in H & M last year and they fit my pear shape beautifully (my waist is 12" smaller than my hips).

Yes, it was the zips and 5% elastane I was looking for in the navy but that style only seems to come in black

I would try those but I hate the length (sorry OP).

On me it just looks like I am crap at buying clothes, not wearing slightly too short trousers in any sort of stylish way, if you know what I mean. I need 33 inch inside leg usually and the longest ones they do are 31 inch.

But I might go and try some on for the novelty of trousers that fit around the arse/waist etc. I tried on the Levis demi curve yesterday (they didn't have bold curve in) and the waist still gaped massively.
