Hand cream

Can anyone recommend a good hand cream that will soften rough ish palms? I wash my hands a lot at work or use alcohol rub quite often, so my hands can take a beating. They're not cracked, just feel dry and not soft. I've used various creams but they wear off soon. I'm ideally looking for something that does not require repeated applications. Thanks.

Gloves in a bottle is great. Not a hand cream as such but a barrier cream.
Neutrogena is great. I apply after every hand wash and more if necessary.

Wolfiefan, which neutrogena one do you use?

Just the standard concentrated one.
Someone on here recommended Cien SOS hand concentrate from Lidl. Very like neutrogena and less than 1/4 price!

Coconut oil or
Holland and Barrett Manuka Honey hand cream is very nice, love the smell.

I love L'Occitane shea butter for winter and the almond one for summer.

BodyShop Absinthe has the most gorgeous smell grin

But the BodyShop Hemp is supposed to be really heavy duty (though I haven't tried it)

Lush Helping Hands is the best I've tried and I've tried a lot. Body shop Hemp is good too if you can stand the smell (I can't?).

I use alcohol hand gel at work too. The best hand cream in the world ever is the Body Shop Hemp one. It is awesome smile

This duo. It's amazing. Got this as a gift. I'll buy it again when it runs out!

This is amazing. The best one I've ever used, and I've tried pretty much everything!

Lots of suggestions here! Thanks everyone! I use the hemp one but recently have not seen the benefits. Just got the lidl one. Actually, a garnier one I have used recently is not too bad. Maybe I need to use some gloves overnight.
