Where else do you shop? I love Hobbs and find their clothes fit me really nicely, but it would be good to go somewhere else occasionally! Any recommendations?

I like Hobbs.
Mainly for work dresses and knitwear.

I like All saints for casual but have to be very selective (I'm 45 and have never been able to pull off anything too 'cool') hence liking Hobbs. I have some lovely silk blouses from there.

I also like Cos-especially for T shirts and knitwear - I like thier dresses but can't wear most of them as I'm bosomy and the loose baggy look doesn't suit me.

I like marks and spencers-especially autograph. I'm into blouses and have bought some lovely blouses from there, and some really lovely quality flattering trousers.

If you like Hobbs I think you'll like Jaeger, Pure Collection and Me&Em

I buy a lot of my work clothes from Hobbs but also shop at John Lewis (Collection, Weekend Collection, Kin), M&S, Crew and Gap.

Yes I do Hobbs, Jaeger, M&S Autograph and Cos do some surprisingly nice classics (silk blouses etc) amid all the weird shaped stuff made out of bubble wrap.

If I'm shopping I basically do a department store - either John Lewis or House of Fraser because they occasionally have nice things in the concessions (HoF do Biba which has some interesting bits and bobs) and John Lewis does Winser and Damsel in a Dress.

I like Hobbs but only for shoes, knitwear and coats as am quite a casual dresser. Otherwise I like mint velvet for jeans, Whistles for knits, bit of H&M, Cos, Jigsaw and Day Birger and Pfaumgarten

Thanks everyone - really interested in your recommendations, especially all saints - have always been a bit too intimidated by its coolness but might give it a go! Grin

Jigsaw. Judicious Boden. Ummm. In fact, my wardrobe is pretty much going to be Hobbs, jigsaw and boden with vests etc from H&M or marks and spencer. Think I need to get out more.

All saints clothes are beautifully cut.
Jaeger are fantastic. Choose well and their stuff never dates.
I like the look of Massimo Dutti for basics but have yet to buy anything there. It's never quite right for my body shape, but good colours and staples like linen tees and fine summer knitwear.

Hobbs fits me fine, too, OP (other than when they go a bit off piste with 'new' designs). As does Tesco Florence & Fred!!! Blush

And dressed up with the same sort of accessories, people assume I'm still wearing Hobbs ('oh,another Hobbs dress).Grin
