I've seen a woman wearing a sort of shift dress in a sort of darker powder blue with peacock eyes, but the eyes of the peacock are in a neon or brighter green/yellow.

where is it from?! I love it... help please!

If its just an eye how do you know its a peacock?
Do you mean the swirly part of the feather or the actual eyeball?
