I'd start by diet - fruit, veg, fish oils, less sugar and carbs. Failing that, a good supplement and omega 3 too. good broad spectrum spf for day with a non pore blocking oil - jojoba is one I use Sleep, drink water cleansing - cetaphil is a good one. Lines and pores/blackheads - I use Avene Triacneal at night as it has low level retin and salicylic acid so fight spots and wrinkles. massage - I've got an electric facial brush thing with a massage attachment, or just use the brush with cetaphil I also have a derma roller
These are things I use and look younger then my 47 years!
Oh, and a friend swears by slice of lemon in warm water first thing!
