Cellulite help.....

I'm 30 and have had a small patch on my left leg for the last couple of years. It hasn't bothered me but yesterday I was in a changing room and the sight of my legs under that light made me feel sick! There's loads more than I thought there was! And everything I read online suggests losing weight - I'm a size 8 and don't really think I can lose any weight.
Ugh. Anyone tried brushing and does this work? Any suggestions ? :-( feeling very sad at the moment.

I'm size 6-8 with cellulite. I've found exercise has helped a lot, 2 years ago I weighed the same as I do now but I was "skinny fat". Toning up has made a difference and I body brush, moisturise etc. but do tend to get bored or forget that bit.

That said, my diet is not fantastic and never has been. I console myself that i got away with no stretch marks!

And a tan helps hide it

I agree a tan does a good job at hiding it! I've worked hard to tone up the last year or so, but my legs seem to be the issue - I'm obviously doing something wrong. Can't really afford/am too scared of the gym... What kind of leg excersise do you do ?

Body brushing

I'm a Jillian Michaels addict so work my way through her outputs but I think it seems to come down to lots of squats and planks. Have been doing Hard Body prior to going on holiday and that's done wonders for my legs. I'm hour glass shaped so bums and thighs are a massive problem area.
