stupid foundation. question.

This may be a really silly question but I've only recently started wearing foundation everyday and wondered do I need to change the colour/shade I'm using because my skin is becoming lightly tanned?

Quite possibly. I tend to have two, so one will be my winter shade, and one a bit darker for summer, and you can add a bit of summer to winter and up the ratio as you get more tanned, IYSWIM? The difference between the two is slight, really, as I don't tan much.

Yes, I have a pale one for the winter & a darker one for the summer :) Actually its a BB cream not a foundation for the summer but technically yes.

If you want specifics I use a No7 one in the lightest colour, Calico, for the winter. For the summer I use a Too Faced BB cream in Vanilla Glow. The BB cream does something to my skin tone as well as when I wear it I can do corals & yellows which absolutely do not work with the pale foundation.

So basically I have 2 sets of make up for each season
