Intimissmi returns - utter nightmare

Has anyone successfully returned anything with them? It's been nightmarish - never had such a complex, multi step process

Yup, two or three times. The online/phone bit was overcomplicated, but they did get the courier to actually pick the returns up from the house so I didn't have to go to post office and then the refund was made very quickly.
