It's cream
A sheer type of fabric (I want to say chiffon but maybe Georgette)
Scoop neck & no sleeves - like a vest top
Elasticated waist
A hem that is short at the front and graduated to the back

I'm struggling slightly

DD's dance teacher has asked me to make one - no pattern just a dress to

& it's beyond my capabilities - so I'm looking for a similar one to buy to make life easier grin

Can you make one by adding a chiffon skirt on to a purchased vest top? That way you just have one seam to sew round the waist plus the side seams and a hem (though you could cut it with pinking shears).

A friend of mine makes simlar dresses - a crochet boob tube type top with chiffon poked in round the waist, looks lovely actually (so long as you are a child and want to be a frozen lookalike) a bit llke this
Would be easy to do!

Another idea, can you buy a maxi dress in the style you want and shape the hem as you need it?
