I need a new tinted moisteriser or lightweight foundation

I have used Laura Mercier in the past and Clinique CC...Cc has gone all cakey on me recently. Sort of sits on top of my face.
I have sensitive pale skin...a lot are just too orange. I don't go in the sun due to polymorphic light eruption.

I like Bobbi Brown foundations..has anyone used their tinted moisteriser?

I'm 55 with combination skin

I am very pale and late 40s, and have recently discovered Lidl CC cream, which is brilliant.

I became sensitive to Laura M and now use a very lightweight Nars one which is great.

I keep going back to Laura mercier. The bb one is good too. I think older skin needs a lighter touch so just use it to cover some redness. Have been spending much more time and money on skincare which has hugely improved my skin and reduced need for foundation or tinted moisturiser. Lily lolo is good too though that's a mineral powder.

I use the boots botanical one as recommended on here! It's fab. I am 47 and previously used Liz Earle. This one is less pricey and just as good if not better in my opinion.

I bought YSL Teint Eclat foundation a few weeks ago and am not impressed..... Although my skin has been crap lately due to warmer weather so.maybe its me, not the foundation.

I like the Clarins BB cream. The No.7 tinted foundation is pretty good too.

I am a huge bobbi brown fan as hate foundations that feel heavy. Their tinted moisturiser gives good light coverage and their moisture rich foundation is fab. Would highly recommend both. Plus she does old colours for pale skin like mine.

No 7 intelligent colour is brilliant.

I've recently bought La Roche Possay BB cream having tried the moisturisers and found them good for my spot prone skin. It's a bit heavier than other BB creams I've tried but looks good on and my skin hasn't reacted with an outbreak like it has with other creams.

nars one is great, 30 sun factor,it's expensive but lasts ages and a little goes a long way

I'm a Max Factor tinted moisturiser fan. I use Clarins Serum for sensitive skin first (little bottle with orange lid) as I too have sensitive skin after washing my face and then apply the tinted moisturiser. Works a treat.

I used to use the Boots Botanical BB cream and liked it but now use Younique and it's lovely. More expensive per tube but lasts really well (3 months). I am super pale and yet the palest shade is too pale for me.

I love Just Skin.
Not many shades, but if you find one that works its blrilliant.
Light but good coverage.

Bare minerals complexion rescue is pretty good, sells itself as a bb + cc and comes in a good range of shades, I've been really pleased with it.

Another convert to the Boots Botanicals BB cream - thanks Mumsnet. I also bought the Clarins tinted moisturizer for £££ and it's awful

I'm a big fan of the Bobbi Brown tinted moisturiser - does exactly what it should, leaves a smooth, clear, even finish. I too am early 50's, combination skin. I wasn't soo wowed by their BB/CC cream (can't remember which - its a smaller tube). when I had a demo done in store they used it but recommended mixing it with some moisturiser, which was a messy faff and sort of missed the point.

I have just started using La Roche Posay Tinted BB Cream which has SPF 50. Using it in conjunction with a little concealer under eyes. It's moisturising and a lot less 'cakey' than the Clinique CC cream which I have also been using.

With the SPF of 50 the LRP one could be a good one for you for the summer months?

I've been having the same problem lately with foundation or bb cream going cakey and sitting on top of my skin. I'm 45 and quite oily. I found the bareminerals complexion rescue made me more greasy though. I've just bought a new Caudalie tinted moisturiser (think it's called vinoperfect) and that seems to be good so far. x

Does anyone have a link to the botanics BB cream? I can't find it on the boots website...
