Which would you recommend for large pores, oil and dehydration?

My skin is the same as yours and I've just started using Ultrabland, which I love. I double cleanse and use something foaming afterwards to get rid of any reside, which I know would cause me to break out. At the moment it's Lush Coalface facial soap. Haven't used the Clinique so can't offer a comparison.

Haven't used Ultrabland but I LOVE the Take The Day Off balm.
One of these days I am going to splash out on the Emma Hardie balm though my budget just won't stretch that far at the moment.
Sorry can't be more help!

What is the rest of your routine? For pores, oil and dehydration I wouldn't be relying on your cleanser. An acid toner will help those and then a good serum - doesn't need to be expensive, the Vichy Aqualia Thermale is very good for my dehydrated skin.

1 all so far! I use balance me as 2nd cleanser after lrp (lrp is the one I want to replace).
I alternate clearasil and nip&fab pads for acid. Don't use serum yet but will look out for the Vichy one.
Thanks smile

TDDO is lovely and my tub has lasted for ages. I haven't tried the ultrabland.

I alternate TDDO with Super Facialist rose oil which is just lovely.

Try the First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads for acid toning - they are worth a whirl.
And for dehydrated skin stay away from anything foaming, it can be more drying.
I usually buy my Vichy serum in Boots - it is often on offer which is nice!

I prefer TTDo. I find ultrabland leaves a residue and feels a bit 'gritty'

The body shop camomile balm is a dupe for TTDO as recommended by Caroline Hirons, it's really fantastic.

I read that dame but Paula slates it for my skin type. [frazzled at information overload]

I'm surprised, I have dry, dehydrated skin and it works really well.

The Body Shop one gives me huge puffy eyelids, it's very fragranced though so not surprising.

Ultrabland, gives me dull looking skin, love Let the Good Times Roll though, but I don't think that's the kind of product you are looking for.

I really like Lush ultrabland. It can block pores slightly though I've found. Overall thought I much prefer cleansing oils to balms for oily but dehydrated skin. Dhc cleansing oil is the best I've found by a mile. It lasts forever as well. www.feelunique.com/product/DHC-Deep-Cleansing-Oil-70ml

I've tried them both and TTDO is my fave. Ultrabland is thicker and I found it harder to remove. It needs two goes before you feel really clean. The Clinique however comes off like a dream.
