Thanks shop!

justa I am not 100% sure but they only seem to have those knickers in white now and in limited sizes.

They do have a similar looking pair but it's not Cotton Rich so really not for me.

I check regularly and for at least the last month they have been OOS.

Thanks for new thread Shop - don't think I posted much on the last one so will try harder this time Grin

Belated Flowers for Justa hope things improve and for you too Shop.

Lib will you size down for the Goat dress? Loved the Parisian looks you and Dry were wearing today.

Lovely dress Linus. Sorry about your knickers Wink

I think it was Betty who asked about flares a few days ago. Mine are being returned tomorrow. I tried them on again ready to get them taken up but when I looked properly, the actual flare didn't start until near my ankles so unless I'm wearing 10" heels will break an ankle they wouldn't look right. Am disappointed as the cut was really flattering.

Justa, the zip is not that stiff on my maxi zip bag, haven't used it in ages, you have reminded me.

AMber in your experience are all HL dresses the same size e.g. if I am a medium in one will I be a medium in another style?

I really like that first CDC dress Fedup.

Sizing down on the Goat dress won't help Linus as it would then cling on the hips. I tried belting it but while it looked ok from the front belted, the side view was hideous runs for more alcohol

Thanks for the new thread Shop. Off to browse Anna now... has been a long day...

Thanks shop!

Lib sorry to hear about the Goat dress. You are an hourglass aren't you? I don't think the dress was fitted enough for your waist. It's a shame as the colour was perfect :(

Aaargh, sorry about the dress Lib. Have just pmd you.

Blair, I have just pmd you too.

And you too Linus.

Marsha you have bought iro before haven't you? Would I be a 34? Thanks!

Yes I am hourglass / pear Blair. Some tunic style things suit but they need to be a bit more fitted on top, my upper body is in better nick than lower so no point wearing lots of volume on top - you would think I'd know this by now....

I think Sleep has an IRO jacket novice so she might be able to help.

Anyone heard of uterque? Grazia were raving about it. It's the grown up sister of zara I think.

Im also annoyed with m&s knickers. Just when I always find a style I like they seem to stop doing them. I've wasted so much money recently on pants Angry

60 Shock.... It's been such fun! Here's to 60 more.

So......3 hugs, no kisses.

myVegas I also love the Warehouse top....tempted. I live pencil skirts, I'd wear it with a t shirt or jumper as in the photo and flats if you want to make it more casual, that's how I wear my pencil skirts.

QueenC I have exactly the same problem with a style on M and S knickers, why? Why? It can't just be us who like them?

Report
shopafrolic · 16/06/2015 22:10

Sleep buys at Uterque I think
Damn Novice I want kisses and or a PM. Am feeling unloved. Stamps foot.
Chinks glass to 60 more at least.

hello all

nothing fashion wise to report, making use of my bursting at the seams wardrobes for a while yet. want to wait to buy anything apart from essentials like underwear until i have the funds to buy decent quality things not cheap 'filler' stuff. i'm not short of things to wear though it would be nice to have an excuse to dress up as i have lots of lovely dressy things and nowhere to wear them!

kisses to all

I find that M&S never have the underwear I like in stock, either in store or the website. I literally had to stalk the site to get them. I am annoyed with their hosiery lately too, I really think they're only good for food most of the time!

QueenC I have never bought from Uterque but always admire things on the site. It is like a really grown up version of Zara :)

Cranagh pm Smile

I've given up on M&S for underwear. And I agree on tights as well Blair, quality not as good ATM.

Thanks all for the suggestions on how to wear the skirt, having a leg wax tomorrow so will plan to wear it to work after that. No point it just hanging there!
Shop thanks for the Anna info, had a PM from Cranagh with the link so good to go.
Lots of lovely links, especially dresses, I really like dresses, so much easier to plan what to wear with them. I'm fine with dresses, casual or dressed up with skinnies, heels and a top, skirts I always struggle with. No idea why, just find them harder to look how I want them to. I have a very short body which I think is part of the problem as I don't look right with tops tucked in a skirt.
Anyway, time to turn in, early start tomorrow.
