So excited as have managed to get an appointment smile

Who has been to see her or other top dermatologists? What happens? Did you find it helpful?

Hmm, I reckon a tube of Azelaic cream, doxycycline tablets and gradual introduction of tretinoin.

Joking aside I'd find it hard to concentrate on her words I'd be ogling her skin so much! Must feel great / great hope to be accessing such help, before you've even taken her advice. Bet works out really well for you

No way is she going to give you doxycycline!

I'm guessing Cetaphil, salicylic acid and tretinoin grin

Please can you tell her she has some Mumsnet obsessives fans and to come back and do more Q&A

So jealous. Make copious notes and please report back!

I don't even know what doxycycline is grin This is why I have had to take drastic action and make the appointment, because I am massively confused when it comes to all the products available. I haven't a clue!

Ah - I see doxycyline is for acne? I don't have acne, I get a couple of blemishes around my period but other than that I'm not concerned.

It's dull, coarse, congested skin I want to sort out.
