I know that the real solution to this problem is drink more water and sleep more but in the meantime is there anything else that will help get rid of them/cover them up?

Low iron could also be a cause.

I find that Erase Paste helps to conceal mine. But the only way of properly reducing or getting rid is drinking plenty, sleeping plenty etc

It can be a shortage of minerals as per PP. Or just fucking genetic Angry which is a PITA.

I don't hold with the light diffusing bollocking concealers and prefer a traditional one (Clinique m.clinique.co.uk/product/1596/6088/Makeup/Concealers/Line-Smoothing-Concealer or back in my skint days Rimmel hide the blemish, warmed on my hand) applied with a concealer brush. I use the triangle under the eye shape (if you Google undereye concealer tutorial you'll see what I mean).
With me powder/setting is where the light diffusing comes in. You can use those fancy "hd" perfecting loose powders (Avon do a good one) but I found good old loose corn silk powder is ace, or clinique loose powder. Smile

The thing that makes most difference to mine is having a tan. They're genetic, I can't get rid of them, so covering is the way forward. Gradual fake tan every day, and a not-too-pale concealer.
