Anything else I can add to skin care routine?

I'm fairly new to looking after my skin properly, I've used cleanse and polish for a couple of years and dermalogica cleansers before that but that has been the extent of it.

Since reading threads on here I've added quite a few products to try and improve my skin. I'm 35 and starting to get lines around my eyes and between my eyebrows, I have quite uneven skin tone and sometimes get spots on my chin. I'm almost alwYs knackered and my family's eye bags are horrendous so I need preventative measures! My skins very fair/freckly and combination.

Mornings are a rush so I use cleanse and polish then use neutrogena clear skin SPF 30 under my make up.

On a night I take eye make up off with michllear water (Garnier) then double cleanse with liz Earle, nip+fab pads and use Balance Hyaluronic 554 Youth Serum. If my skins feeling dry I use l'oreal revitalift night cream.

I've been following this routine for a week or so and my skin looks slightly better, cleaner with smaller pores but my lines are the same and my skin tone uneven.

Is there anything else i need (apart from Botox)?

Time- it takes 28 days for skin to go through its cycle
water- best hydrator and free
sleep Grin if only......

If you like Liz Earle, there's a Line Smoothing serum which is really good (I didn;t like the eyecream , it has white reflective particles which looked fake-bright on my skin)

If you want to try out a few things, QVC do some really good LE kits (usually with a C&P which is good for travel in the small sizes)
QVC do a 30 Day Money Back Guarentee on everything too.

My skin was feeling heavy and looked dull so a few weeks ago I started lightly scrubbing with one of those exfoliating mits meant for the body (very gently in circular motions all over face and neck) - I do it every other day and use Estee Lauder perfectly clean face wash when doing it.
It's made my skin lovely and smooth, it looks brighter and feels much lighter too.
I normally do it on a night, use toner and a night cream afterwards too.

Try an oil, there are loads of good ones and they don't make you greasy. Also sheet masks. Did my first today and it's a revelation, a total stranger just walked up to me in a bar to compliment my skin. Preens!

70 I'm crap at drinking water, I must live on about 4 cups of tea a day! I really should drink more but I hate juice, water, pop etc.

Would you use the retinol moisturiser just on a night or put it on before sunscreen? I've seen that one and it looks good.

Your skin may benefit from more stuff but equally it may not. This isn't a popular view on some threads but I think using a lot of different products can do as much harm as good. I'm saying this because I came very close to wrecking my skin by overloading it with too many things.

Either Elemis Bliss capsules or Decleor Neroli Aromessence oil for your congested skin.

I've used both, but at 45 have now graduated onto Iris oil. Best prices and deals are on QVC.
