Do freckles, brown hair and blue eyes mean

Do freckles, brown hair and blue eyes mean I am a cool colour......really struggling here.
I have done all the 'does gold or silver look better......are you veins blue or green, but I am none the wiser.
Can anyone advise.........pretty please??!!

Depends on your skin tone as well . Are you more pink or yellow tones ? I have freckles , brown eyes and hair but a pink tone skin so am cool , a friend has the same hair and eyes and freckles but is more yellow toned so she is warm ! If you are finding it hard maybe you are a lucky neutral :)
