I love the original DKNY for a "sunny" fragrance, smells like oranges :o

Clinique Happy would fit your description, but I suspect it may have gone a bit out of fashion these days (I don't keep up with these things, I find one I like and keep wearing it).

O de Lancome or Chanel Cristalle both match your requirements. Give them a try!

Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche

M&S do a grapefruity one where the bottles are a bit of a rip off of Marc Jacobs Daisy / Dot.

I received Calyx for Christmas. Love it very citrus like, bought the body lotion to match. I receive a lot of compliments wearing this.

I love Jo Malone. Lime basil and mandarin is nice- and so is English pear and fressia. Some people complain "it doesn't last"- but I work in a shop and i'm on the move all day and still smell it when I finish my shift I do wear an awful lot though

Origins ginger essence skin scent is my everyday, it's a bergamot one. Doesn't last that long alright but I love it.

the Aqua Allegoria citrussy ones are nice

Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Mandarin and Basilic is fab, really fresh and citrussy and seems to last longer (on me) than JM Lime, Basil and Mandarin which I also love.

Someone bought me a Monotheme perfume from M&S last year and it was lovely and not too spendy. There's a few in the range. Would buy it again.

My DC bought me L'Occitane Verbena so that I would smell like a sherbet lemon. I like it very much, but I do indeed smell like a sherbet lemon.
