Stylish, pull-on jersey type trousers (that feel like pjs but are okay for outdoors)? Do they exist?

I'm after some trousers that are zip, button-free, easy-on/off, stylish (am only 40) preferably soft cotton/ casual jersey types...but not tracksuit bottoms. They need to have the comfort and ease of use of pj bottoms but not look like pj bottoms as I need them for outside (and need to go with flats, pumps, ballets etc). I can go up to £40ish at a stretch for the right trousers :) I've checked out Boden, Joules to no avail.
Thanks to anyone who can recommend anything good!

Sorry, realise they are a bit expensive. But they last...

I have a pair of black jersey hareem pants from Next that might do the trick? I bought because recommended on here! They are v soft. Maybe a bit unstructured for me (I don't wear them with a t shirt, for example, because I feel a bit too floppy if I do!) but nice with a shirt or similar, and definitely meet your criteria.

Marks and spencer do some jersey pull on trousers in various fits, wide leg, bootcut, slim leg.

I have some on now bought them to conceal early pregnancy, soooo comfy!

not sure your age but i'm 30 and would consider these to be quite a modern style although they don't look it so much on the link.

Land's End do some, as mentioned upthread, in their Starfish range. I've not tried them, but have had other stuff from them and the quality is excellent.

I would second the m&s ones suggested - I have a few pairs of the slightly thicker bootcut version - which were about £15/16 - for work. I suffer with my bowel and so some times need the stretch waist comfort.

White company roll top trousers. As comfy as yoga pants but can be worn outside

Next Ponte leggings are also pretty cosy with a longer top. I work from home and slob around the house all day apart from the nursery run and they work for me! Also the Hush Harems are pretty cosy and I wear out with my Timberlands to try and convince myself they look nothing like pjs.

Kettlewell

Too much for jersey trousers but they are amazing. I've had mine about 18 months and they've had loads of wear, still look like new, no bobbling and the knees and bum never go saggy no matter how much lounging about you do.

They're also by far the most comfy trousers I've ever owned, even by jersey trouser standards!

I bought these flares and am wearing them today. They are quite long though but mega comfy. I have them on with a black tunic and chunky shoes. I rolled them over at the top a little to combat the length:

You can get them in navy and black.

Gap have some trews that look like poshed up joggers -eg www.gap.co.uk/browse/product.do?cid=1016795&vid=1&pid=000224863000

Or what about jeggings, or are they too tricky to pull on or too tight?

I have the M&S ones, they are great. The straight ones are quote quite large, so order a size down.
