IME the bras with the narrowest wires tend to be the Polish brands (e.g. Ewa Michalak and Comexim). Panache tend to be narrower than Fantasie/Freya styles with many of the Cleo range (e.g. Marcie, Millie, Lily, Meg) giving a lifted, upfront shape. Panache bras are very firm and can need a bit of getting used to/braking in (a bit like a new pair of shoes!). Curvy Kate bras are wide and shallow and come up big in the band and small in the cup.

However, I'm not sure whether it's actually narrower wires (and/or deeper cups) you need or bras with straps that aren't placed too wide? Most balconettes have straps that are wide apart whilst full cups and plunge style have straps that are closer together.
