What's yours? I think I need to drink more water and eat more nutritional foods but I also think my cleansing routine isn't good enough. I only use a wet wipe sometimes. I need something easy yet effective.. Breastfeeding causes havoc on my skin too!

I am not a fan of using wet wipes to cleanse faces so I would ditch the wipes. The La Roche Posay Effaclar range may be worth a try.

Yes ditch the wet wipes and try LRP

No wipes! Get a decent cleanser and something to remove makeup if you use it. I also recommend Effaclar. My routine at the moment consists of:

Morning: Clarins one step exfoliating cleanser, serum (I use a hydrating one from Kiehls but you might not need this if you have very oily skin), Effaclar Duo.

Evening: Lush ultrabland (to remove makeup). I sometimes do this twice if I've been out for example, and am wearing a lot. Remove with a hot flannel. Few drops of Kiehls midnight recovery oil (again, you might not need this, but I love it!), Effaclar duo.

A few times a week I use Clarins exfoliating toner in the evening (after the ultrabland).

I've had acne prone skin since I was 12, and this routine has totally transformed it. It's a lot of stuff but it's totally been worth it for me.

I can recommend Caroline hirons' routine (she is a skincare blogger).

Double cleanse, removing with a warm flannel (I like una Brennan superfacialist facial oil, and the body shop have a nice calamine butter and another gel cleanser I like, can also use a cheapy cream cleanser for second cleanse)
Use an alcohol toner (clearasil pads are good, also got a la Roche posay toner and I alternate the two)
Spritz (doesn't need to be expensive - I use the boots botanics rosewater)
Eye cream, serum, moisturiser

I find my skin has really improved since changing to this routine. It's not even a particular product, I vary quite a few but I think the double cleanse and using a flannel really helps.

Hope you find something that works.
