I bleached my hair at home last year and keep on top of it by touching up my roots and using a toner. I usually use Wella Color Charm (shades T18 and T11) BUT as it comes from USA, the postage is more expensive than the actual toner. Not to mention having to wait a few weeks for it is a pain.
Can anyone recommend a similar toner I can actually get my hands on in the UK?
