And if it does, how long and often must you do it?

How do you mean 'does it work'?

It will remove dead skin and help reduce the appearance of cellulite but doesn't completely get rid. Works best with exercise and massage with a good firming moisturiser (Palmers for example, rather than the ones that claim to completely change everything!)

Combined it works quite quickly and you can see if difference in a few days.hth

Oh,and only a few minutes. Start at the bottom of your legs and work your way up in circular motions. Couple of times a week or daily

I did mean cellulite. I do exercise both cardio and weights, have a good bmi, and eat relatively well (caffiene is an issue), but have it on my thighs, arms and I am sure my calfs look like they may be victims.

I love it! I don't do it for cellulite though, but for smooth skin and to avoid crepey, lined chest skin. It really works for me.

Start very gentle and build up slowly each day. The other great thing it does is banish that pouchy bit under the armpits. And if you're chilly, it warms you up!

This is a great article on body brushing if you want some more info www.fushi.co.uk/healthy-lifestyle-news/how-to-dry-body-brush-for-energy-detoxification-radiant-skin/

They also do a very good cellulite oil that you could use alongside

I use a sugar scrub on dry skin and then shower it off, seems to do the job just as well as body brushing & the skin is moisturised & smells lovely afterwards.

Yes surprisingly! After finally losing 7 stone of baby weight (for the second time) I developed cellulite on thighs.

Did daily (every evening) dry skin brushing before applying moisturiser or body oil and I am cellulite free. It was gone within about 5 weeks and looked 50% better after 2 weeks or so.

I didn't think it would work at all but so many on MN recommended it so I thought I'd give it a whirl.
