Getting that 'done' look

Some girls I work with have that very 'done' look despite not doing anything obvious to their hair/make up. Neither has dyed hair or excessive make up, usually just hair scraped up on top of their head and minimal make up (as far as I can tell) however they seem to look like dolls with that perfect skin, sparkly whites of eyes, glowing pink cheeks. How do they do it? I can't even get smooth skin or the right colour foundation etc let alone look that nice :( any tips?

I know what you mean Op, But I guess it probably down to genes and what they've been given. and also make up, they just know good techniques so it looks like they haven't got much on.

Start by good nights sleep and cutting out junk food, I find when I'm getting sleep and eating healthier my skin looks better and the whites of my eyes appear whiter.

Then a good skin routine, I'm loving superdrugs hot cloth cleanser and only a fiver, leaves skin sparkling.

As for make-up I use a primer now too, Laura Geller spackle comes in different colours so makes your skin look glowy before foundation, Try Loreal perfect match, in boots they will tell you your perfect colours so it will match. add bit of blusher/bronzer and mascara - benefit they're real - amazing!!

There's tons of tips on pinterest/youtube for perfect looking skin. search youtube for gossmakeupartist. He gives loads of tip how to do professional looks with hardly anything.
