Please recommend me a skincare range for problem skin

I have combination skin with an oily t-zone and nose and somewhat dry / sensitive skin around my mouth & chin. It's looking pretty terrible at the minute with spots and red marks. I'd like a skincare range or cleanser, toner, moisturiser & maybe serum that sort out the spots and give my skin some life too as it can look a bit dull.
I'm early 30's and currently using the La Roche Posay Efflacar Duo set with Rosehip oil at night.

I read the start of your post and was all set to recommend the Efflacar range followed by rosehip oil so I'm no help, sorry! I hope someone has some alternative suggestions for you...
