OK. I have decided to go for a home kit for semi permanent hair removal. IPL or the like. I'm fair skinned with dark hair so have some hope of it working I'm hoping to find something in the sales. Top recommendations?

Make sure you have a hair dye to put on straight after as I find they all leave your hair brassy

I don't understand the message above.

I have a phillips lumea. It was expensive (£400 for brand new latest model, older models are about £250) but worth every penny. I only have to do a top up session with it every few months.

I used to have to shave every day and I have sensitive skin. IPL has been life changing - no more thinking "stubble or shaving rash...which is more attractive?" hmm

Spottymoo, it was funny!

So Philips Lumea is a good bet? Thanks.
