Can anyone find shoes like this?

I want something like these- pointed toe, leather, covers half the the foot- but I want some with sides.

Has anyone seen any?

I need a size 7 or 8 and the cheaper the better...

<louder pitiful wail>

msfreud Mon 29-Dec-14 10:26:52 - although you might not like the studs... - or these...

Thanks- the clarks are okish, but you're right, I don't like the studs.

The KG ones are nicer but have a rounded toe- I really want pointed.

Cheers for looking, though smile

Thanks, but they need to come halfway up the foot IYSWIM...

If you have a spare £190 burning in your pocket...

I've been seeing this style of shoe around a lot lately actually, so you'll probably find some closer to spring.

The style is called Smoking Slipper or Dandy Slipper, by the way, if that helps with the searching!

Chanel has a really cool pair

hydeparkhottie Mon 29-Dec-14 14:09:18

but they don't cover the back.

tethersend Mon 29-Dec-14 15:19:46

Smoking slippers tend to have a rounded toe, like those Ops ones... I'm really after something pointed but which covers half of the foot, as well as the back and sides. An impossible task I think!

Thanks for trying smile

buy the chanel ones and just colour in the rest of your foot with a felt tip marker? (just kidding...but maybe not, I'm in such a strange mood today).

everythingsgoingsouth Mon 29-Dec-14 16:23:33

any good?

I believe I have done an impressive job with my find. (I have also successfully avoided work ALL day).

Ohbollocksandballs Mon 29-Dec-14 16:34:14

Have some exactly like you describe, but they are a suedey type material

hydeparkhottie Mon 29-Dec-14 16:35:53

what about these?

tethersend Mon 29-Dec-14 16:50:20

No, ballerinas are not what I'm after at all... They don't cover enough foot- Nor are the lace ups as they cover too much foot grin <fussy>

The amazon ones are close, but they don't cover enough foot.

I do appreciate the efforts though smile

i believe it's time for chanel cruise collection and a felt tip pen. smile

I think you actually want a pair of Khussa

Unze ( firm ) sell lots of these - they are a type of indian shoe
if you google it you will mostly see heavily beaded ones - but plain ons are not uncommon
even Amazon sell them

although mens ! (if you think that way)
look quite a lot like you wanted and are £10 and leather !

BigRedBall Mon 29-Dec-14 18:19:15

what about these?

BigRedBall Mon 29-Dec-14 18:25:29

these are tassled though

BigRedBall Mon 29-Dec-14 18:27:39

these aren't as pointy but similar design
