Talk to me about sonic cleansing brushes?

DH bought me the Clinique one for Christmas.

I've been using it for two days and I love it. It seems to make my skin feel really exfoliated and my moisturiser soaks right in. My skin feels tighter too, but not in that dry way you get with astringent cleaners? I have had poor skin since I was a teenager, even now at 38 I get hormonal break outs. Is this likely to help?

Should I expect a mega break out as my skin clears?
