Please show me 'going out' tops

My friend has asked me for a top for Christmas. Brief is 'pretty maybe a bit sexy'. She won't give further guidance and says she trusts my judgment ( no idea why I have no sense of style and don't trust my own judgment)!

She is12/14 with broad shoulders, a waist and some boob. She has reddy/blonde hair and a fair freckly completion. She likes fairly fitted things. Anyone seen anything that might fit the bill. Up to 30/40 quid. Thanks
