Jack Wolfskin Crystal Icegaurd vs Icegaurd regular??

I'm looking at ordering the Jack Wilskin Icegaurd. It also comes in the Crystal version. Anyone know the difference between these and which is better? Thanks

I have the crystal ice guard, love it. Very cosy but super light.

Thanks Red I am going to order the Crystal. I tried the regular icegaurd but even the xs was too big and long. Hopefully Crystal is a bit smarter.
